Booking information
Start your holiday equipped with all the details you need
We are well-aware that booking information is not the most exciting element of a holiday, but it’s an essential part of the process. So here is all the information you need to enjoy your stay at the Sölden Lounge in a nutshell.
Deposit & payment
Once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total price, your booking is binding. Please transfer the remaining amount up to 2 weeks before getting here. Alternatively, you can also pay the remaining amount on site in cash, by EC or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Prices
All quoted prices apply per day excluding final cleaning and tourist tax. The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over.
Short stay supplement
For a stay of up to 4 days we charge a short stay surcharge of 15% per person/night.
Check-in
You can check in from 4pm. If you want to enjoy the day you get here to the full, you can store your luggage with us and change your clothes here.
Check-out
We ask you to leave your apartment free of rubbish and tidy by 9.30am. If you want to enjoy the day in Sölden and depart later, you can leave your luggage with us and use the shower in the wellness lounge up until 2.30pm.
If you would like to check out late from your apartment, please send us an enquiry in advance. We apply a small surcharge for late check-out.
Travel cancellation insurance
Of course, we hope that you arrive here without any problems to enjoy a carefree holiday. However, we also know that sometimes unforeseeable events can happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Europäische Reiseversicherung offers comprehensive packages.
Cancellation conditions
Summer
- Cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
- No cancellation fees will be applied up to 1 month (30 days) before the start of your holiday .
- For cancellations from 1 month (30 days) to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 40% of the total price of the holiday.
- From 14 days to 7 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total price.
- From 7 days to 1 day before the start of your holiday, we charge 90% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation on the planned day of your arrival or no show, we will charge the total price of the holiday.
Winter
- Cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
- No cancellation costs will be applied up to 2 months (60 days) before the start of your holiday .
- For cancellations from 2 months to 1 month (30 days) before the start of your holiday, we charge 40% of the total price of the holiday.
- From 1 month to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total price.
- From 14 days to 1 day before the start of your holiday, we charge 90% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation on the planned day of your arrival or no show, we will charge the total price of the holiday.
