to get the most of your holiday & make sure you have everything
Our approach to designing your holiday is personal and individual. That’s why we have prepared all the useful information you’ll need to enjoy your leisure time to the full at the Sölden Lounge for you here.
To savour the morning, we recommend our bread delivery service. You can place your orders via our app until 5pm the day before, and fresh bread will be delivered right to your apartment door at 7.30am the following morning.
But we believe there is more to a perfect breakfast than delighting in delicious bread. That's why we will put together perfectly personalised breakfast baskets just for you. Of course, we will also bring these right to your apartment door, too.
You can park your car right in front of our establishment. One parking space is available per apartment. If you need more, please enquire now – we’ll love to hear from you.
You will have free access to our fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the entire Sölden Lounge.
Our panoramic spa area on the third floor for revelling in some much-needed wellness is open every day from 3pm to 8pm. A wellness bag complete with bathrobes will be available to you in your apartment.
Dogs are also welcome here. As they are not allowed in all apartments, please send us an enquiry in advance. For dogs we charge €15 per day for each dog, without food being included.
Towels and bed linen are of course provided in the apartments. Towels are changed regularly. However, we also ask you to use resources in a sparing and sustainable way. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment is also available if needed. The prices for this vary depending on the apartment’s size and are somewhere between €20 and €50. If you would like to make use of this service, please let us know when you arrive so that we can plan accordingly.
In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our establishment four times every morning and will take you to the Gaislachkogel cable car free of charge. For more information about the journey times, please contact reception or check the timetable in the ski room.
We are happy to provide baby cots and highchairs free of charge on request.
We work closely with Sport4You for ski and bike hire. The sports shop is located in the centre at the valley stations for the Giggijoch and the Gaislachkogel cable cars. It also offers an exclusive pick-up service, i.e. you will be picked up from our establishment free of charge, and you will be able to hire your equipment from the shop.
We do not currently offer a ticket service or our own sports lessons. However, we are more than happy to put you in touch with snow sports and bike schools and will help you book skiing and mountain biking lessons in Sölden.
